I know Tina and Brandon are soul mates thats clear. However, I firmly believe that I was meant to be their wedding photographer as well. Tina is a ball of vivaciousness and she is so easy to talk to. Brandon is equally as lively and together they take any room and turn it into a party, which is exactly what they did.What an honor to walk with couples as they plan a wedding, but it is more fun to watch where life takes them after.

The Thayer Hotel

The Thayer Hotel is perched right on the Hudson River and is a part of the West Point Military Academy. The hotel itself is a historic landmark, a stately nod to the dignity of our military since the 1920’s. Once you see the sprawling grounds and the spectacular view you will be sold, Tina and Brandon were. Walking into The Thayer hotel on their wedding day was like walking into a family function, the good kind. Tina was the picture of calm and Brandon just wanted to see his girl. At their first look Brandon surprised Tina with a special gift, chicken nuggets.

There were many moments throughout Tina and Brandons wedding day ( like chicken nugget gifts) that were memorable. Tina lost a beloved aunt a few months back and during family portraits a butterfly landed on a flower pot and stayed around, my heart smiled at that. After they said I do surrounded by friends and family they partied the night away. Tears flowed during parent dances and I was so sad to leave. Tina and Brandon I cant wait to watch the life you two build, thank you for letting me be there for the beginning.

The Ceremony

The Thayer hotel has an impressive ceremony site overlooking the Hudson River. Tina and Brandon had a beautiful floral hoop framing them during their wedding ceremony, it was so beautiful. I wish you could hear their wedding vows, these two are very much in love.
