Red Maple Vineyard is a unique wedding venue nestled in the hills of the Hudson Valley,NY. It is a working winery with a stunning venue attached. Walls of windows, greenery covered pathways, mature maple trees and a hilltop ceremony site…truthfully what more could you want. Red Maple Vineyard IS an amazing venue, but Christina and David ( who we affectionately call Boomer) are even more stunning. Let me tell you about these two…

Christina and Boomer are perfect. I mean it. They smile big and thats because found the thing people chase, real deep love. Christina is such an empath and it shows in the best way. She’s a second grade teacher that I am sure every parent hopes their kid gets. I can imagine a kid having a hard day and Christina kneeling down beside them, hugging them and assuring them how incredibly special they are. She wears her heart on her sleeve and she simply beams…even when she is’nt smiling (which is rare). Boomer looks JUST like Jude Law and I cant get past it, I almost called him Jude multiple times. Aside from his celebrity twin he is equally as stellar as his now wife. I love how he gives attention fully, when Boomer is speaking to you his full focus is on you and I watched this multiple times throughout his wedding day. Although he is quiet, he is intentional. I myself am married to a quiet and intentional man so dear Christina, you will benefit from this steadfast heart for the rest of your life.

These two together, phew. They are physically beautiful but thats a  side bar. Beauty fades, but the genuine care for others that Christina and Boomer display is going to have lasting affects.  They look intently at each other in the eyes, they hug tightly and they party hard…my kind of people!

 

WEDDING DAY AT RED MAPLE VINEYARD

The weather on May 27, 2023 was simply from the heavens. We arrive at Red Maple Vineyard and were greeted with soft sunshine, clear skies and a perfect 75 degrees. Christina chose a sleek and chic bridal look that gave me all the Grace Kelly vibes I could handle. Her girls made her feel like the queen that she is and the tears of joy did not stop all day. Boomer looked more dapper than Jude Law in Sherlock Holmes, his shy smile turned into a huge beam every time he looked at his wife. From a picture perfect first look to running off into the sunset before dancing the night away there was not one moment of this wedding that was’nt epic. I am forever grateful that they chose me to capture this wedding day, it is forever burned into my memory. And thanks to cameras it can now forever be burned into yours…enjoy!

Daddy daughter first looks are always such a tear jerker! Christinas parents and her whole family are just full of love, down to their core. Its such an honor to document these moments.

And now onto the “big” first look! Christian and Boomer wanted their first look under Red Maple Vineyards Maple tree. It is hands down one of my favorite spots.

THE CEREMONY

Going back to how they met…

So funny story, Christina and Boomer met because they were partnered up in a bridal party a wedding. This couples wedding! There is a photograph of their first kiss taking place in a photo booth, I love that! So thank you to their dear friends for getting married so I could capture their wedding at Red Maple Vineyard!
