Sweet Tara and Phil chose the beautiful, Tuscany-like Blithewood Gardens on Bard College Campus for their Hudson Valley Engagement Session. Blithewood is a hidden gem perched right on the Hudson River in New York. Every time I get the opportunity to photograph at Blithewood Gardens it is a little staycation for me. I dream of photographing a coupe in Italy and Blithewood is preparing me for that great day with its serious Tuscan Vibes and stellar view of the sunset.

But enough about Blithewood, lets talk about the real gems here…Tara and Phil. These love birds will be saying their ” I-Do’s” in March at the equally stunning Le Chateau in South Salem, NY. Tara is my kind of bride, she’s type A but chill and super giggly. Phil absolutely keeps her laughing and I can tell that it wasnt just a show, but that that is their chemistry. I am SO here for it. Engagement Sessions are a crucial part for me to get to know my couples, to understand how they pose best and to catch a little glimpse into this sweet part of their lives. Before we know it they will be standing at Le Chateau pledging forever, I cannot WAIT!
