The Aria in Connecticut  is quickly becoming one of my favorite wedding venues. With long arched hallways, warm lighting and a Tuscany inspired massive patio The Aria is magazine worthy. When Tori and Tyler set out to plan a huge iconic bash to celebrate their once in a lifetime love it is no wonder they landed on the Aria as the place to throw down. The Hudson Valley, NY has HUNDREDS of incredible venues, but I cant recommend checking The Aria out enough!

They met in college at a party in sweat pants and so begins their romance. Tori and Tyler have what most people long for, and they know how lucky they are. The saying goes to be loved is the most precious gift and these two have unwrapped a big one. I am over the moon that I got the privilege of freezing their wedding day in time. Although it took until college for Tori and Tyler to meet, it turns out they grew up a few towns over from one another. I talk a lot and even I cant put  into words how unique and rare their love is. Obsessed with each other is a good place to start. Their blue eyes are continually locked on one another, you feel like you arent even there in the best way. Tori and Tyler, you are a photographers dream.

Starting on a solid foundation

Tori and Tyler both have parents whose marriages have stood the test of time, they have families who are so invested in their marriage being a success. This support system stood out in every detail of their wedding. Tori’s Nonna made an incredible veil (just look at the images) and Tylers family passed on heirloom jewelry to their new daughter. Dads, moms and frankly everyone at the Aria cried tears of joy throughout the whole day. Their huge bridal party cheered (unprompted mind you) every time they saw their friends, hands down one of the most sentimental weddings I have ever photographed. Tyler and Tori are the life of every party they go to, so it only makes sense that their wedding with over 250+ guests was an absolute riot ( the good kind).

Tori and Tyler, I cant wait to see where life takes you both and I mean that. You are starting out with an army of support and good example behind you. Your life is going to be beautiful.  Being a wedding photographer is a tall order. We are time capsule creators hoping to capture moments that instantly recall to mind the way  your wedding day felt. I want you both to remember how LOUDLY everyone cheered for you as you walked into the Arias pristine white chapel. How quickly Tylers eyes filled with tears when he turned and saw his forever love standing in front of him. Remember the way that Tori giggled like the stunning blushing bride she was, how happy she is to be married to Ty.

THE FIRST LOOK

We stayed in the hallway of perfection as I like to call it for the first look. Blue eyes tend to be very sensitive to light and both Tyler and Tori have baby blues! Another benefit to the Aria is that the inside is a DREAM to photograph.

I am SO excited to show these off! It felt like we were in Tuscany! The Aria has light colored everything so it was like photographing on a giant reflector, my dream.
