Red Maple Vineyard was never so full of love. Stephanie and Robert chose Red Maple Vineyard to host their wedding because and I quote ” they love wine and a vineyard is where you will most likely find them”. They met during a storm in college, and the rest of their story is truly history. My heart smiles to think of these two sweet souls who I now call friends strolling off into a new life together as husband and wife.
Every couple I have ever shot (going on 170 weddings) always pray for good weather. While I can make any type of sky-doings look beautiful Stephanie and Robert really lucked out. Red Maple Vineyard in and of itself is created for all type of weather. With shady trees to hide under and wide open fields to dance in sunshine it is a dream venue, and the sun put on a show for us. The entire wedding day went off with any hiccups, which is rare. Honestly Stephanie and Robert truly deserved a smooth wedding day, after COVID and countless other obstacles they were long over due for this celebration!
Stephanie was so clear with her vision for her wedding day, it is a gift when a bride really knows what she wants. It is an even bigger gift to be able to take that vision floating in their head (or on their Pinterest board) and lock it into a tangible memory forever. Stephanie carefully curated her color palette using what Red Maple Vineyard naturally provides as inspiration. Because Red Maple Vineyard is a wedding venue really built around its beautiful property Stephanie tapped into rich hues of green and added pops of blue and satin mauve. It was an honor to take Stephs vision and bring it to life.
Weddings are beautiful, and I could go on and no describing the visual delight that this wedding was…but weddings are more than that. Like I said earlier, they met during a storm and since that night they have weathered many other storms. I have been married for 11 years and I can say with certainty that life will be full of trials, and every trial welds a couple together in the best way. Stephanie and Rob, you have what it takes. You two will beat the odds and hand in hand, heart to heart will build a life you both love. Thank you for allowing me to be there for the beginning bricks of what is sure to be a solid foundation of a beautiful life.
Now onto the daddy daughter first look!
Rob and Stephanie chose to do their first look under the big tree at Red Maple Vineyard. Fun fact, they were actually engaged right here at Red Maple Vineyard, If that isnt the most precious full circle I have ever seen!
Red Maple has one of the most stunning view for a ceremony, basically up a mountain. We took a quick ride up to the ceremony site before the guests arrived for a big sweeping epic portrait, and we got what we came for!
Stephanie and Robs ceremony had one of the BEST elements I have ever seen. The officiant encouraged everyone to cross the aisle and greet their new family, to specifically search out someone they did not know. It brought a literal tear to my eye, maybe it was the sweeping view I dont know but it got me.
I am so grateful to work with amazing weddings vendors, my couples sure know how to pick! If you would like to contact one of the talented people who pulled this wedding off be sure to click their information below!
