Olana State Historic Site Engagement Session
And now, here we are with our future before us, and I only want to spend it with you, my prince, my soulmate, my friend.”
– Monica Bing
Alaina and Evan’s Olana State Historic site engagement session is everything swoon worthy, sunshiny, and happiness evoking. You know the saying ” If looks could kill”? I’m changing it to “If looks could give life”. This engagement session is nothing less than life giving. Not only was it my first session since the “C” word BUT its with one of my favorite people!
Alaina has been a bridesmaid in 2 weddings I have shot over the span of my career and we many times joked that when it was her turn she was MINE! She’s a beam of sunshine, homegirl deserves all the best. Cue Evan, the handsome green eyed guy who swept my favorite bridesmaid off her feet, I can tell he’s everything she’s ever wanted and than some! So here they are, looking to forever and laughing the whole way….I adore you both.
Olana State Historic Site has a romantic story itself, with a heart shaped pond custom built for his wife the grounds are STUNNING. Alaina and Evan chose their engagement location well, the same way they chose each other well. They are one of my “Corona” brides planning a wedding in the midst of a global pandemic, but dancing around in sunshine I promise you was a welcome break from the stress of wedding planning. I hope that this session makes you smile as wide as Alaina and Evan!

I stopped towards the end and said ” guys your going to be MARRIED soon”, these were there faces:
